Right of Way Equipment Co. in Raleigh, NC opened on January 1, 1973. Our company was founded by J. A. (Pete) Holleman, Sr., and operated by him until his death in 1980. As is evidenced by our name, Right of Way’s initial market was the sale and service of highway right of way maintenance equipment. In the more than 50 years since then, we’ve expanded into all areas of the commercial mowing markets. We’re proud to represent the “cream of the crop” in commercial mowing products.President since 1980, J.M.
